VKTRY offers a 90day return/exchange period on our insoles and propulsion socks (“Money-Back Guarantee”). Even exchanges can be made for comparable product. In the event of a return, the customer will be refunded for the amount paid of product (excludes shipping fees).

Promotional Pricing: In the event that a customer returns an item which contributed to a “buy more, save more” or “bundle” promotion and is only returning part of the order, the return price will be adjusted to the correct promotional pricing (i.e. customer purchases 2 insoles to receive discount of $44, returns 1 pair, the refund will be adjusted to match the pricing for 1 insole)
