Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?Updated 4 days ago

Most orders can be adjusted within one hour of being placed via the order confirmation email. In that email you should have a link that allows you to make an address change, or cancel, within one hour. There are some cases where you will be unable to edit based on payment method, shipping service, or destination.

If you have exceeded that hour, or your order is not eligible, our system does not allow for it to be edited. If you need to make changes, such as adjusting the size or sport, we recommend reaching out immediately using our Contact Form and selecting "Urgent Order Issue" to indicate what change you need to make. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made ahead of shipping, we will make every effort, in collaboration with our fulfillment team, to fix your order.
