The different colors correspond to the shoe type &amp; shoe fit. Yellow is our thickest most comfortable top (6mm) and if you play a sport with a non-cleated shoe, you will receive this top. Black is slightly thinner (4mm) and designed for cleated shoes or most Golf shoes. Red is our thinnest top (2mm) used for tight fitting shoes (soccer and track). Rarely, some customers find the insoles are too thick or thin in their existing shoes in which case our customer support team can help offer exchange options. **Please note as of June 2025 we are slowly transitioning all of our Gold VKTRY Insoles to have our signature yellow and black foam. These will still have the different thicknesses, but all will be yellow soon.
